New Agrarian Program Mentor Support and Training and Manager Fellowship

The New Agrarian Program Manager Fellowship in now accepting applications. The fellowship is a seven month training program to develop business, finance, and leadership skills in aspiring ranch managers and entrepreneurs. 

The Manager Fellowship begins in early October with two virtual sessions on Zoom, and an in-person kick-off event October 25- 28 in Santa Fe, NM, immediately preceding the REGENERATE Conference.  Conference registration and lodging is also covered for fellows. The fellowship continues virtually as fellows attend Zoom webinars and workshops, support from experienced mentor-coaches, and participation in cohort discussions. Ideal candidates have at least two years of production experience in agriculture, a serious drive for either entrepreneurship or higher-level ranch management, and a commitment to the program for the upcoming year.
