Understanding EPLUS: Informational Webinar
August 27 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm MDT
EPLUS is one of the most discussed and often misunderstood wildlife management tools in New Mexico. This introductory webinar will provide a clear overview of the Elk Private Lands Use System (EPLUS), including its history, purpose, structure, and role in wildlife management.
Participants will gain a foundational understanding of what EPLUS is and what it is designed to accomplish. By building a shared understanding of the program, this webinar aims to create a more informed foundation for future discussions about elk management, public policy and the critical role of private lands in New Mexico.
Whether you are a landowner, hunter, policymaker, journalist, or simply interested in wildlife management; this session will provide valuable context and an opportunity to engage with the facts behind the program.
