Definition of “Waters of the United States” Under the Clean Water Act

The Engineers Corps and Environmental Protection Agency today published a proposed rule that would define the scope of waters protected under the Clean Water Act. A public comment period is open for 91 days, ending on July 21, 2014. A link to the Federal Register notice can be found here.
