Holy Cross Cattlemen’s Association, in partnership with the Western Landowners Alliance, is hosting a meeting on preparing for wolf reintroduction on November 7th from 3-7 PM in Rifle, CO. The meeting will connect producers with information and resources relevant to wolf management, livestock damage compensation, and conflict mitigation in advance of the planned reintroduction this December. The event will include a landowner panel, updates from USFWS and CPW, resources for conflict reduction and more. Additional information will be available soon.
