Summer field course: Western Ranch Management and Ecosystem Stewardship

Apply systems ecology concepts to management of Western ranch lands
through hands-on learning, selected readings, and observations and discussions with ranch managers, scientists and fellow students. The course will draw on multiple disciplines, including agriculture, animal sciences, business, ecology, forestry, rangeland sciences, watershed protection and wildlife management and conservation through a four-week course, May 18 – June 10, 2020, organized as two 10-day field sessions.
