NM Supreme Court asked to weigh in on stream access dispute that no one can agree on

And while there’s no shortage of opinions on the topic, stakeholders on both sides of the fence seem to agree on one thing: it was a 2014 opinion issued by then-Attorney General Gary King that started the whole thing.”
