Mulvaney’s B&L 1215 19th Street, SacramentoRoots of Change, UC Davis Institute of the Environment, and IC-FOODS, in collaboration with Mulvaney’s B&L, welcome all meat producers, processors, chefs, butchers, and buyers to a full-day summit. We will again introduce new market opportunities, present project results, and new resources. We will end the day dialoguing about the future and celebrating success.
