The “Grazing 300 Days” Conference will be held in Warrensburg, MO on June 4, 2024, at the UCM Prussing Farm (454 E. Division Road). The workshop begins at 8:30 a.m. and will conclude at 2:00 p.m. The conference will assist producers and landowners with methods to extend their grazing season and reduce their reliance on harvested feeds.
Dr. Mary Drewnoski, University of Nebraska, will speak on “New Advancements in Grazing Research”. Dr. Jamie Courter, University of Missouri, will discuss “Matching Beef Cows to their Environment”. Bob Salmon, a livestock producer from Appleton City, will discuss practical methods for extending the grazing season.
