Free and open to San Luis Valley ditch/surface water users.
Come learn from local experts, legal advisors, and organizational partners. Discuss
your experiences about how to make the best use of surface waters, how to sustain that
water use, how to work with the Division of Water Resources and other partners, and
ideas on how to best manage and maintain your ditch and its water rights for the long term.
