SUMMARY:Understanding EPLUS: Informational Webinar
DESCRIPTION:EPLUS is one of the most discussed and often misunderstood wildlife management tools in New Mexico. This introductory webinar will provide a clear overview of the Elk Private Lands Use System (EPLUS)\, including its history\, purpose\, structure\, and role in wildlife management. \nParticipants will gain a foundational understanding of what EPLUS is and what it is designed to accomplish. By building a shared understanding of the program\, this webinar aims to create a more informed foundation for future discussions about elk management\, public policy and the critical role of private lands in New Mexico. \nWhether you are a landowner\, hunter\, policymaker\, journalist\, or simply interested in wildlife management; this session will provide valuable context and an opportunity to engage with the facts behind the program.
