DESCRIPTION:Join us for an interactive field day focused on low-tech stream restoration practices and practical approaches to improving water resilience across Montana. Participants will learn how simple\, low-cost restoration techniques can keep water on the landscape longer\, improve riparian areas and forage\, reduce erosion\, and build drought resilience. \nThe field days will include hands-on learning\, engagement with local professionals\, and opportunities to view and discuss restoration projects in the field. Come learn what these practices can look like on working lands and how they can benefit both water resources and agricultural operations. \nTwo dates and locations are available: \n\nTuesday\, September 22 | 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. — Land of Grass Ranch\, Conrad\, MT\nWednesday\, September 23 | 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. — Gustafson 3 Ranch\, Dupuyer\, MT\n\nLunch will be provided. Registration is required.
