Water & Wildlife Management at Fort Union Ranch

April 27, 2023 - April 28, 2023

Join Western Landowners Alliance, Quivira Coalition, Bird Conservancy of the Rockies, Fort Union Ranch, Triangle P Cattle Co., Bill Zeedyk and more for 2 days of education and fun on the land at Fort Union Ranch!

We’ll learn about building erosion control structures, setting up an aerated static pile compost system (no-turning!) for rangelands, grazing and stewardship for water and wildlife, beaver dam analogs, tree thinning for wildlife habitat, organizing a water management plan, and more! Camping is available Wednesday and Thursday night at Fort Union. The workshop is entirely free. However, donations are encouraged to help cover the cost of food! See registration for more details and thank you for considering donating.
