Lunch in the Working Wild with Wildlife Services

November 13 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm MST

Laszlo_Horsemen+landscape
Since 2018, USDA APHIS Wildlife Services has employed range riders and fencing technicians to reduce conflicts between livestock and grizzly bears and wolves. With a new federal appropriation in 2020 specifically providing funding to Wildlife Services for conflict prevention, the total number of these nonlethal-only positions in the state doubled. Join us to meet Montana’s Wildlife Services conflict prevention staff members and the team that supports them. This virtual event on November 13th from 11 am to 1 pm mountain time will share experiences in the working wild on the front lines of wildlife conflict reduction.
